Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vaishnavi Salon, Fatehpur, we value your trust and strive to provide the best possible beauty, grooming, and training services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines for service cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Clients are requested to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service amount).

  • No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.


2. Prepaid & Advance Bookings

  • For certain services (like bridal packages or special treatments), an advance payment is required to secure your booking.

  • This advance payment is non-refundable, but you may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if informed 48 hours in advance.


3. Refund Policy

  • Services once availed are non-refundable.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to notify our team immediately after the session, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

  • Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where services cannot be provided due to technical or operational reasons from our side.


4. Product Purchases

  • Products once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase.

  • In case of a defective product, replacement will be provided within 7 days of purchase, with proof of receipt.


5. Academy / Training Programs

  • Fees paid for training courses are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to shift to the next available batch (subject to seat availability).


6. Mode of Refund (if applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
