Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Vaishnavi Salon & Academy, Fatehpur, we not only provide salon and academy services but also offer beauty and grooming products for purchase. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle orders, deliveries, and related queries.
1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within Fatehpur city and nearby locations.
For outstation deliveries, we use trusted courier partners across India.
Delivery availability will be confirmed at the time of order.
3. Delivery Timelines
Within Fatehpur city: 1–2 working days.
Within Uttar Pradesh (UP): 3–5 working days.
Other locations in India: 5–7 working days.
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Within Fatehpur city: Free doorstep delivery for orders above ₹500.
Orders below ₹500 may attract a nominal delivery fee.
Outstation deliveries: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email to track your order.
Local deliveries will be coordinated directly via phone or WhatsApp.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit as per our discretion.
7. Undelivered Orders
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order will be returned.
Re-delivery may be attempted with additional shipping charges.
