By accessing or using the services of Vaishnavi Salon & Academy, Fatehpur, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking our salon services or enrolling in our academy.

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all salon clients and academy students.
  • Vaishnavi Salon & Academy reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Salon Services

  • Appointments: Prior booking is recommended. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

  • Cancellations: Appointment cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds: Payments made for services are non-refundable once the service has been availed.

  • Packages/Offers: Special packages and promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

3. Academy (Training & Courses)

  • Registration: Course admission is confirmed only after full/partial payment of fees.

  • Fees: All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • Attendance: Students must maintain the minimum attendance as specified for successful completion and certification.

  • Certification: Certificates will be issued only after completion of the full course, practicals, and final assessment.

  • Conduct: Professional behavior is expected. Misconduct may lead to termination of admission without refund.

4. Payments

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or authorized payment gateways.

  • All fees must be paid as per the schedule provided during registration. Late fees may apply.

5. Liability

  • Vaishnavi Salon & Academy will not be held responsible for:

    • Any allergic reaction or side effect if prior medical/skin conditions are not disclosed.

    • Any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your visit.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, manuals, and training resources are the property of Vaishnavi Academy.

  • Students are not allowed to copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without written permission.

7. Website & Online Use

  • Unauthorized use of our website content (text, images, logos) is prohibited.

  • Users must not attempt to misuse or hack the website.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh courts only.
